Please note that we do not take credit card payments over the phone.
We accept direct credit and debit card payments - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and JCB. We do not accept PayPal or American Express. For an easy transaction, please make sure to enter your billing address exactly as it is listed on your credit card statement.
Placing orders through our Shopify online store is convenient and secure. The entire website is encrypted to the highest industry standards (a padlock appears in your browser's web address bar). When entering your credit card payment information, please make sure that your name, billing address, and phone number match the information on your credit card billing statement exactly, or you will receive an error and will not be able to complete payment transaction. To change a shipping address, please type it in the shipping box.
We ship all orders using U.S. Mail - 1st class (for small packages under 9 oz), priority mail, and express mail. Domestic delivery time for priority mail is 3 days and for express mail 1 - 2 days* (*only express mail ordered before 9:00 A.M. PST will ship the same business day). International delivery times vary from 7 - 21 days, depending on a country of destination and mail service selected. All shipments come with the online package tracking. You will receive an email from us with your package tracking information once the order ships.
We only ship orders to the billing address on your credit card. If you need the order shipped to a different address, please contact us via email first. You will need to provide billing and shipping verification photos to us.
Canadian customers who wish to have their orders shipped to a parcel service in the U.S. will need to provide billing and shipping verification photos to us, as well.
Please note that all orders shipped outside of the United States can only be shipped to a verified residential billing address - no exceptions!
