FAQ Payments Shipping and Other

PAYMENTS

We accept direct credit and debit card payments - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and JCB. We do not accept American Express, PayPal, or other forms of payment. For an easy transaction, please make sure to enter your billing address exactly as it is listed on your credit card statement. We only accept orders and payments from U.S. customers with U.S. issued credit and debit cards.

We do not take payments over the phone. The only way to purchase our products is through our online store. 

1) As of 05/25/2023, we do not accept any returns nor do we issue any refunds. All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations after a shipping label has been created, or your order has been shipped.

2) You may initiate the order cancellation before the shipping label has been created.

3) If you proceed with the order and do not cancel it before we create a shipping label for your order or ship the order, whichever comes first, you waive your right to any refunds or chargebacks against us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if we shipped you a wrong item by mistake. Contact us and we will promptly send you a correct item(s).

Please note that you will need to accept our Terms & Conditions before you are allowed to proceed with the checkout process. You should read them carefully, as they explain our sales, return, and shipping policies, among other terms. Your acknowledgment of our Terms & Conditions is recorded electronically for each order and checkout.

Placing orders through our Shopify online store is convenient and secure. The entire website is encrypted to the highest industry standards (a padlock appears in your browser's web address bar). When entering your credit card payment information, please make sure that your name, billing address, and phone number match the information on your credit card billing statement exactly, or you will receive an error and will not be able to complete payment transaction. Please use your billing address for shipping to avoid providing us with additional verification or having your order cancelled.

SHIPPING - United States only

We no longer sell or ship orders outside of the United States.

We ship all orders using U.S. Mail - ground advantage (for small packages under 9 oz), priority mail, and express mail. Delivery time (exceptions apply during USPS mail delivery interruptions) for priority mail is 3 - 5 days and for express mail 2 - 3 daysAll shipments come with the online package tracking. You will receive an email from us with your package tracking information once the order ships.

We can only ship to the person whose name appears on the credit card. We are unable to ship to freight forwarders, or friends/family members on vacation or to foreign customer's friends/family members living in the United States.

If you use a business credit/debit card for purchase, we can ship the order to your business address if it is listed on your credit/debit card. All other purchases can only be shipped to a residential address.

DEALERS

We do not offer any dealer pricing or accounts. Please place your order through our online store.

California dealers - please email us your California Resale Certificate and which items you wish to purchase, so that we can create an electronic invoice for you without charging you the sales tax.
