Q: How do you ship within United States? 
A: We use USPS Priority Mail as our standard way of shipping. During checkout, you also have the option to choose the Express Mail, if you need your order to arrive sooner. Please note that the express delivery (one to two days depending on the USPS guarantee at the time of package acceptance) is only guaranteed for the in-stock item orders placed before 9:00 a.m. PST Monday through Friday on regular business days (except U.S. holidays) for the Continental U.S.  All orders shipped within U.S. provide

A: We use USPS International Priority Mail. During checkout, you also have the option to choose the USPS International Express Mail. Once your package arrives in Canada, you can track it with Canada Post
 
A: We use USPS International Priority Mail. During chekout, you also have the option to choose the USPS International Express Air Mail, if you need your order to arrive sooner. Once your package arrives in your country, you can track it with your postal service.

For United Kingdom, delivery is both by the Royal Mail (small packets) and by Parcel Post (large packages). You can track your packages with Parcel Force . Once the package arrives in UK, it will receive a new tracking number from Parcel Force. Please enter the U.S. tracking number first and it will convert to the Parcel Force number on the detail screen.
 
  
Q: Can you give me some examples of your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges depend on the weight of the items in your order and the size of your order as well as on the shipping method chosen at check-out. The table below shows our minimum and maximum shipping charges per order/purchase based on the shipment destination (* to most countries).
Please note that USPS increased its shipping rates as of January 2, 2011.
You can preview the actual shipping costs and make shipping selections for your order in the shopping cart before completing the purchase transaction.

A: Yes, we do. Gift-wrapping is free of charge. Please request it during checkout process in the Additional Instructions field on the Order Review Page. Also, please indicate if you would like a card, and what type (birthday, anniversary, congratulations, thank you) as well.
 
A: It all depends on where you live and the method of shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to hold-up of the packages in customs office in the destination country, or due to weather, catastrophic or terrorist event delays.
Here are the average sample delivery times:
to United States: Priority Mail: 2-3 days, Express Mail: *next day (* as specified above under the first Q&A)
to Canada: International Priority Mail Box: 6-10 days, Express Mail: 3-5 days
to Europe: International Priority Mail Box: 10-14 days, Express Mail: 5-9 days
to Australia, New Zeland, Asia, Africa: International Priority Mail Box: 12-16 days, Express Mail: 5-9 days
 
A: You will receive the shipping information via e-mail to the e-mail address you used at check-out. Domestic Priority and Express Mail will come with an online tracking number. International Priority Mail Boxes and International Express Mail will provide the real-time online tracking information.
***Please note that we no longer ship small packets without tracking due to theft and unreceived packages.***
 
A: For all products marked in-stock on our website, if you have not received an email from us with a shipping information and tracking number within 48 hours, please contact us to make sure that we have received your order and payment. Please email us at orders@motowerk.com with details.
 
A: After we receive your cleared payment, we ship all items in stock on the same or next business day. The only exceptions are the PayPal E-check (which requires clearing through your bank: domestic 3-5 days, international 6-15 days) or if your payment transaction was put under review with our credit card processing company (24 hours from payment). In these cases, we will ship after your E-check or payment review transaction payment clear. Because we process your orders within 24 hours, we do not accept order cancelations. However, if you placed duplicate orders by mistake, such as in the case if you were not sure if the order went through or if you clicked twice on the "place order" button, please contact us immediately, so we can issue you a refund. If you placed two orders on the same day, we will try to combine them to save you on shipping and refund you the unused shipping balance.
 
A:  Yes, we can. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, please remember to change the Ship to address on the Review your payment screen, which appears after you have entered your billing information. Just click on the change link under the Ship to address section.
 
A:  It is a rare occurrence that an item is out of stock, however, if that happens we will ship all items together once they are in stock, unless you make prior arrangements with us. Please e-mail us before you make a payment at orders@motowerk.com if you need to have the items in stock shipped earlier. Our website reflects real-time stock status of all products. If an item is out of stock, there will be an estimated shipping time listed next to it, for example: "shipping in 5 days".
 
A: Generally, we do not accept returns unless we sent you a wrong part due to our error or as specifically described in our terms and conditions. In order to return the item or items, you will need to contact us first to request a written Return Authorization. For our detailed return policy, please refer to our T&C below
