Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept Credit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and most European banks credit cards) as well as PayPal.
To order, click on Add to Cart and then on Continue To Checkout.
Once at the Checkout Page
To use your credit card click on Continue
In the Country field, choose your country from the drop down list and you will access the checkout cart in your native language or
to access the shopping cart in German, Spanish, French, Italian or Japanese, please add products to the shopping cart from the country specific language page.
Q: How do I pay after adding items to the check-out cart?
A: When you are finished shopping, simply click on the View Cart button. You will be directed to the PayPal checkout page where you can choose to pay with your credit card or PayPal. After you complete the checkout process, you can return to the Home Page.
Q: How can I change the shipping address?
A: You can change your shipping address on the payment review screen, after you have already entered your credit card information and billing address. Please note that some credit cards do not allow shipping to a different country. If this is the case with your transaction, please contact us via email at orders@motowerk.com
Q: After entering my credit card billing information I received an error stating that my card could not be accepted; what should I do next?
A: Please make sure that the billing address you have entered matches exactly your credit card billing address. Please re-enter the correct address.
Q: Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay?
A: No, you don't.
A: Yes, it is. All payments, including credit card payments are processed through PayPal, which processes your credit card payment with your credit card issuer. We only receive your name and shipping address with order details.
A: Your credit card transaction will show Moto Werk and the amount you paid.
A: We accept payments in US Dollars. PayPal will convert your local currency to US Dollars at checkout.
